No es la primera vez que acudimos a este hotel cuando nos acercamos a Madrid y seguiremos yendo. La única pega que le pongo es que es difícil regular el agua de la ducha. Por lo demás, para lo que buscamos, perfecto. Ah! Y el personal súper amable

Estancia agradable.

La limpieza del.hotel es espectacular , camas cómodas, baño grande,y bufett muy bueno. Por poner una pega la puerta del baño es de cristal y si vas al baño por la.noche al dar la luz se ilumina toda la habitación. Por lo demás todo genial. 😉

Bien situado si vas a la Warner, muy difícil aparcar. Super ruidoso, es como dormir sin ventanas se escucha cualquier ruido de la calle, y también los molestos ruidos de una pareja durante la noche. La habitación es grande y las luces del cabecero están bien. Aunque no hay nevera.

No es una habitación cuádruple OJO!

El hotel está cuidado, limpio, el personal excelente, el desayuno excelente, pero la habitación cuádruple no tienen 4 camas tiene 2 camas muy bien y un sofá cama con un colchón exageradamente delgado, dormimos muy mal ni para un niño pequeño es el colchón, de cuádruple no tiene nada… no es habitación para 4 y así la cobran…. No tienes espacios para guardar las maletas ni tiene una mini nevera para tener el agua fria… El resto todo ok.

This hotel was a bad joke, don't know how it got 8.8/excellent?? I arrived late in the evening, no parking available, this is like a B&B not a 3 star hotel. The breakfast can't called a breakfast.. I stayed also in Spa Les Artes which is far much better.

Todo estuvo de diez, si hay que poner alguna pega se la pongo al cuarto de baño, no sé si es problema de la construcción de las cañerías o fue algo puntual, pero olían horrible e incluso con la puerta cerrada era insoportable. Por lo demás todo muy bien

Accueil bien , chambre bien , salle de bain un peu vieillotte. Le petit dej très basique : pain de mie , charcuterie ..Dans l’ensemble c’est ok mais je regrette le manque d’information concernant le parking lors de la réservation : il faut savoir que c’est en ville , qu’il est très difficile de trouver un stationnement et que le parking de l’hôtel était plein et qu’il coûte 10€ si vous avez de la chance . Cela aurait changer mon choix d’hôtel de savoir tout cela avant la resa .

El personal muy agradable y atentos, el buffet del desayuno nos pareció completo y lo iban reponiendo. En cuanto a la habitación estaba muy limpia pero olían las cañerías de la ducha (al abrir el grifo se iba el olor) pero había que hacerlo todos los días. Aparcamos fuera del parking y era algo complicado encontrar sitio a algunas horas, de noche, imposible.
