This is a brand new hotel. It's roughly equivalent to a two-star American hotel (think Hampton Inn, but without free breakfast). The location is excellent. The staff are friendly. Many at the front desk speak English. The housekeepers are flexible. The downside is that many rooms have windows only facing the hallway. The hotel looks strange from the outside, with a massive blank wall where there could be windows.
