This hotel was outstanding. The value for what the Hotel has to offer was amazing. My kid is already asking when we get to go back. The Waterpark opens early 8 am and closes late 11pm. There is an indoor waterpark as well good for rainy days or colder days. Our room was clean and comfy.

The staff was great. The rooms were very clean, well-maintained and spacious. I especially loved the bathroom. The pools (inside and out) were big and clean. I enjoyed looking around the gift shop. There was a wide variety of cute merchandise. Since it was just me and my husband we enjoyed spending some time in Margaritaville! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. I know this is where we will be staying for all of our visits to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg from now on!
