Not bad but interesting
Palm Desert Suites was an interesting stay. My husband and I stayed last week for two nights while visiting palm desert. Upon arrival, there was no front desk or check in. We called a number and left a message in about 5-7 minutes, the owner came to our car and checked showed us our room/gave us our one key. She was very nice and helpful. She walked into our room with us and looked if we had towels, we did not and stated that they would be there in 15 minutes. We did not see the worker after about 30 minutes and had to leave to our engagement. The next day, we left in the morning and came back in the evening. When we came back, our room had been entered, there were towels left and the bed was striped and made. This was strange simply because they were in our room without our knowledge with our stuff present. The bathroom shower was very dirty and there was a used bar of soap in the shower. There was no shampoo, condition or body soap provided.
Overall, if I had to stay here again, I would but I would not necessarily recommend it either.
