Our reservation for the second room ended up with an incorrect name. The front desk worker was not super helpful, basically telling us we needed to find a number for Expedia and take it up with them. We tried to find a number, but couldn't. He eventually helped us find a number, which went to an automated system that did not give us an option for what we needed, and then disconnected. While I redialed, the fdw ended up finding our reservation and we were able to check in.
As far as the hotel went, it was clean enough, but there was a slight sewer gas smell that was there for most of our stay in both rooms and the hallways.
