Very nice place, good location. The only note that the bathroom had a bit of mold and needed scrubbing. Also the body lotion was either empty or broken bottle as nothing comes out. Other than that, no issues. Breakfast has great variety and is super tasty! Definitely will book again this place next time traveling.

Came there very late and tired. The receptionist then said that it’s something wrong with the system and they are overbooked. And that they need to cancel our booking. So we had to turn around and find a different hotel. As we arrived very late, they probably sold our room to someone else as they thought we would never show up. Been few days now and I still haven’t got reimbursed for my payment.

Rengøring sparsom, blev ikke udskiftet ting på værelserne som kopper eller fyldt op af shampoo/conditioner etc. Maden var en joke, med grøntsager til aften der var skåret så lang tid før at de var tørre etc. Et fint hotel, men i et industri kvarter, hvor rengøringen kunne være bedre - og vi ihvertfald ikke spiser igen :-)

once was enough

we arrived at 11:30PM , took us approx 25 minutes to check in ( 2 rooms ) ' only to find out that the rooms we booked were not available ( stay tuned - we booked more than 10 weeks back , and requested a superior room with a king-size bed, we were later told that hotel prioritizes requests from direct booking guests , we booked through Hotels.com ) . Room service was also a joke , by 3PM , our rooms were not serviced ... Front desk staff , were arrogant. it's a pity since this is a Radison , and a relatively new facility. need to also keep in mind that the hotel is far from city center ... I do have to complement the breakfast buffet. It was very good . But for us it was a threesome visit (first time, last time and once too much)

The room was really nice. However the room temperature couldn’t be adjusted to less than 24 degrees over the night. In addition the check-in was extremely slow, they were 3 people with 2 workstations. However only one was working. In addition to this, the person was very slow and people were cutting in line without the reception saying something. Meaning I had to step in even though I was extremely tired.
