The property has huge humidity control issue in rooms, wet floors, some mold,…during hurricane Milton, heavy rains, winds , the room service was not available (understandable). However, delivering towels and picking up trash was necessary for 4 days. The pre registration did not help. We had to stand in line for 30 minutes to get room keys.
