Not great! We specifically sent an email followed by phone call to ensure the shuttle would pick us up from airport.IT DIDNT! We tried calling the hotel for 2 hours, had police call and taxi call, never answered. Had to book another hotel for the night. Got to Cube9 next day, no sorry, nothing. Said they misunderstood and no compensation. We were there 4 days NO HOT WATER! We commented and they were not surprised nor cared. Went for massages, I left my ring in the room by accident, went back 1/2 hour later and it was gone. Again no accountability. Stayed for new years, booked there special bbq. Food arrived precooked and cold. Another big family anrrived and all staff were entertaining them. We were ignored. All other guests were Korean. We felt not welcome. We are from Canada. Oh yes, and the mouse running around the dining room. Sewer smell from the pool. Could be a cute boutique hotel, but isn’t. We were disappointed.
