Great hotel. Loved to whole experience. It was quite, so we enjoyed it even better. Also the whole area of the church and park. Rooms are good. Nice design, maybe not for everyone, but we liked it. Swimming pool is nice and has a great view over the city. Breakfast was good and healthy. Staff was also always nice and helpful. Really recommend the hotel. For sure we will be back when we are in the neighborhood.

The floor was very dangerous and slippery when wet. Some of the showers didn’t work. The tap on one of the showers was broken. Not very many places to sit. Jacuzzi didn’t work

I was absolutely blown away by this hotel! I booked on Expedia and messaged the hotel directly, they were very responsive. I got an amazing, spacious room with great views of Bom Jesus de Monte. The rooms are spotless and the bedding is very comfortable. Breakfast was included, but it was extremely limited, so I stopped using it after day two. There’s no room service, but the restaurant attached to the hotel is lovely, with stunning views over Braga. The staff are very accommodating, and the spa area is clean and also offers beautiful views. All of this for quite an amazing price. I had very little expectation going in, but I was truly impressed! The only major downside was the air conditioning, despite setting it lower and lower (from 21°C down to 11°C), the room temperature stubbornly stayed at 25°C, which made it difficult to sleep.

Front desk not there (often) and not really nice. I have been waiting 15 min for the check in because no one was there. The card was not correct so I get back and still not there
