The last time we stayed here, our experience was completely different—the room was much more spacious. This time, the elevator wasn’t working, and the team in charge of responding via WhatsApp was extremely slow and unhelpful. It took them two hours to reply and tell me where I could leave my luggage before check-in. Thanks to Claudia, who was very attentive, we finally found out where to leave our bags and were able to enjoy Miami instead of being stuck waiting at the hotel.
I would honestly hesitate to stay here again. The maintenance staff never greets guests, which shows a lack of basic courtesy and training. Also, the elevator issue was especially difficult because my parents, who are 70 years old, had to climb the stairs.
