Had to switch room due to a broken radiator set on high. Replacement room and bathroom were much smaller than booked. Reception argued that it was classified as the same meaning no compensation. The property was not what I expect of a 4 star hotel. I would rate this hotel as a 2 star. If you have high standards don't pick this hotel. I would never pick this hotel again. The bed was so terrible we had to ask for another room. The rooms are very old and furniture as well as bed needs to be updated. The bathroom was the only thing that has been updated. The only upside to this hotel is the location and very walkable. The staff was great and very accommodating.
