A wonderful stay at Albergo Celide! Everything was excellent, from the room and breakfast to the staff and location. It all came together to make our stay such a pleasure. Thank you to the team for a lovely experience. I would happily stay again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lucca.

A beautiful hotel just a short walk from Lucca train station and across the road from the city walls. The staff were amazing with special mention to Giuliana in the breakfast room. She was friendly and accommodating to our needs. Even though just set off the road, the hotel was so peaceful and tranquil and, whilst modern it had a wonderful charm. We would definitely stay again and wholeheartedly recommend it.

Location is just outside the city walls yet very convenient to two of the entry portals. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the rooms are nice and beds are comfortable

6/10 Good

Good well functioning hotel. However claimed to be dog friendly when in fact they only tolerated dog in room. We weren't allowed in bar lounge breakfast areas with our small dog. It was the only one of our booked 18 hotels that did this. Don't know what people do when they go out into town because the bars restaurants public areas are full of dogs apart from that good hotel good breakfast and best organised of our trip. Good well functioning room.

Great location. Walking distance from train station and located just outside city wall. Very helpful staff. Good selection for breakfast - no hot entrees, but enough items. Small room, but clean and comfortable.

8/10 Very good

Great location just on the outside of the city walls, easy walking into town to explore. 10mins walk to the train station too. We had a small room (intentionally for 1 night at the Lucca Summer Fest). It was good. The bed was very comfortable & the shower was also good. We would come back, but would upgrade the room. Breakfast was good, not loads of choice but the cappuccino’s kept flowing as we requested them!
