I have stayed at Alta Hotel multiple occasions and they have never let me down. Always plenty of space in the rooms, excellent A/C, good friendly staff, outstanding pool, nice clean rooms, and plenty of parking for guests with cars. Will be staying again!!

This was our third stay here at Alta. I like the comfort in the rooms, and the property is very peaceful and quiet - with the occasional airplane taking off. The parking lot has always been wide open when I have stayed here, and there is a security guard at the entrance. The Staff have always been super nice and helpful! it looks like a great place to have a company retreat as there are a lot of event spaces available.

Ok as far as ok needs to be. Dark rooms, no table and chairs, water heater needed repair. I would say the place has deteriorated in the 13 years since I was there last.

Little Gem

This was just a one night stay at this resort, but I wish we had stayed longer. First off, the staff we encountered from the front desk, to the security officer, to the pool guy - everyone was very friendly and welcoming, even when we literally got the manager out of bed early to check out and obtain a taxi. (Again, my apologies and thank you so much for helping!). Our room was simple, but spotless, quiet and cozy. Everything worked. Nice pool and very tranquil setting. This property seems equally suited to a romantic getaway and a business conference. I hope to return some day. Highly recommend :)

Bonito Lugar/ Nice Place

El Hotel esta bastante bien y a precios accesibles, el unico problema que encontramos fue en una de las habitaciones que la regadera estaba muy deteriorada y el aire acondicionado no era lo suficientemente potente para enfriar el cuarto, el dueno nos comento que era poruqe estaban renovando las habitaciones y lo solucionaron cambiando la habitacion, el personal es muy amable y siempre buscan solucionar cualquier problema que tengas, lastima que no tienen playa y que el vecindario esta un poquito feo, pero realmente no tienes necesidad de salir hay lo necesario para pasar un buen fin de semana detro del resort.

This property was badly affected by typhoon Orlando. The facilities stated by Expedia listing were not all available including wifi and TV. In fact we had to move rooms twice once because the room had no water which somehow came as a surprise to staff. This for a room that was 'cleansed' between guest visit. One to avoid for a bit until they sort themselves out which is a pity because the food pool and leisure activities are excellent

Stay was ok. Hotel seems to be on the verge of closing. Staff does no more than they have too. Rooms are ok. Big. Overpriced. Grounds are serene and peaceful. Hotel is too far and too hard to find. Inconvenient.

Very nice hotel; a little remote though. It takes some time to get to Cebu city. There is plenty to do at the hotel; it has a nice restaurant and bar, the grounds are lush and beautiful. Front desk staff was outstanding, Housekeeping staff was great I would stay at the Cebu Resort again, but would first decide what I wanted to do. If you want a place to relax that has all the amenities you need, it's a great place. If you want to go into Cebu City to shop or dine more than one time, it would be good to consider a different location.

ハード面は悪くないのに、経営者にセンスがないのかいろんな面で残念なホテル。 蚊が多いので、虫除け等が必需品です。 売店のジュースは、コンビニで買う３倍くらいの値段で100ペソ取られました。 チップを置かなかったからか、２日目以降はタオルの交換、ミネラルウオーターの補充はありませんでした。 朝食もあまり美味しくありません。

Nice little boutique hotel

Good points. Nice pool, goods staff and well maintained. Bad points my room the bed was so old and a foam Mattress that is was very uncomfortable. Rooms are very dated Right under flight path so I have planes wake me up at 7am It is located a long way from anywhere and you can't just leave and walk about

最低、もう利用しない。 チェックインは遅い ホテルの写真は綺麗だが、実際は全然だめ、 食事もまずい、 この料金では信じられなくらい高い、ホテルではなくゲストハウス。 バスタオルもない言ってもらってきたが、めちゃめちゃないろのタオル。 モーテルよりひどい。
