Hi All, We loved our stay at NilHotel Florence. Normally when I travel I cannot sleep on bed as most of the time mattress are too soft and does not support my back. But at NilHotel the mattresses were firm and supportive to the whole body which helped me sleep much better and I was able to enjoy Florence better. The Proprty and room is very cleaner and staff is very friendly. The breakfast was amazing and there was something for adults and kids alike. I really enjoyed eating all the different cheeses, and croissants they had in the breakfast. Only thing missing in the room was the iron which I am sure if we had asked they would make arrangements. Something you can ask before making reservation with them, so you are prepared.

This was a quick overnight stay as we had an early flight from airport but we were very pleased with the excellent service from the front desk upon checkin and all the restaurant staff. The top floor room was clean and spacious and we loved how the windows fully opened with a nice view to the city.

Absolutely LOVED this hotel! We stayed for 3 nights and walked all over the historic district of Rome. Service was fantastic and we loved the breakfast too, although only had it one of the 3 days as we were busy. The room is small, but very clean and absolutely beautifully decorated in a historic way. Driving is limited in this area, but there is a taxi stop just across the courtyard which was very convenient. Would definitely stay here again!
