The key cards all registered red on the room locks. Had to change rooms because there was NO bathroom light in the first room once I finally got it, and finally had to have a clerk come let me into the second room. The TV was a smart TV but there was no way to allow me to sign into my Netflix account so, basically no TV. Customer service had NO working front desk phone number for me to call the hotel I was actually staying in, and then they (central support) hung up on me twice, finally they demanded if I wanted assistance I should get redressed, go outside and walk around to the other side of the building to talk to the front desk to ask for help with the TV at 10:30 at night- and then, he was no help. NO price reduction or support offered for MY dissatisfaction and certainly NOT customer service oriented.
