We stayed at this hotel for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The location is very convenient, with several excellent restaurants nearby. We booked a harbor-view room on the 8th floor, which offered a stunning view. We really appreciated the residence-style layout of the room—it provided plenty of space for us and our 4-year-old son. The staff were all friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. I especially liked the combination of warm and cold pools available at the hotel.

Dejligt hotel. Dog er restauranten for simpel. Efter god aktivitet i området og efterfølgende øl/vin på terrassen, ville vi spise i restauranten, men får oplyst, at den er fuldt booket. Men vi kan nu ikke køre andre steder hen pga alkohol og hotellet ligger lidt øde. Får oplyst, at vi kan spise i baren. Det gør vi og det er super hyggeligt. Men hotellet har kun 2 hovedretter, en vegetarisk og en med kød. Ok det går. Næste dag kommer vi i restauranten og igen den samme vegetarret og ny kødret. Udvalget af mad er simpelthen for lille, selv om det de serverer smager skønt. Dog stor ros til deres morgenmad og meget venligt personale.

Når man som handicappet i kørestol ikke kan gå, er det for dårligt at toiletterne på værelserne er så lave, og at der ikke er nogen toiletforhøjer, samt en badestol til bruseren. Vi måtte tage elevatoren til næste etage til det ene handicaptoilet der var. Men det er ikke sjovt om natten. Samtidig vil det være en stor hjælp hvisdøren3 til værelset kunne sættes på hold, da de er meget tunge at holde, samtidig med at der skal styres en kørestol.. På vores værelse var lænestolene ikke støvsuget da vi kom, der lå en del efterladenskaber.. Men vi havde det godt, rigtig god betjening i restauranten, god service med eftermiddagskaffe og snaks og lækker menu om aftenen, og fantastisk morgenkomplet. Vi havde et dejligt ophold, trods noget besværligt med toilet.
