This was the worst experience I've ever had in my life. We were a group of four and going to stay four nights. However, at check-in, the barely usable card reader (they had only two, but one was broken) rejected all of our credit cards while receptionist never showed his willingness to help, saying these cards reached to the limit of amount (Of course we could use them at another hotel). They didn't accept cash payment. So, we could not even pay cancellation fee they requested at first. Finally, we ended up getting kicked out of the hotel into the cold air to find another place to stay at. I strongly hope this won't happen to anyone in the future.
