old key card system with troubles. had to get new keycard once. and had to try the card 5-30 times to get in. bathroom had a gift bag with several items, one was a gum that was opened. people at the desk only answer on very basic stuff almost like a robot. guy in the restaurant just told me it was full and said to go another place. will not go here again.

Upgraded to a premium room with king size bed……what we got was 2 single beds pushed together and 2 single duvets! On the 19th floor with great views…until the nightclub on the 20th floor kicks In until 1am every night. Prices on drinks lists were different to the bill, so check all your receipts before you pay! Espresso martinis advertised at €11 and charged at €12. Restaurants closed on Saturday and Sunday nights to residents. Stay at a lot of hotels and this was not one of the worst but wouldn’t stay here again.

Väldigt tjusigt hotell! jag råkade boka fel och de kunde inte lösa det så jag var tvungen att hoppa över sista natten och köpa till första natten. Det blev mycket dyrare än vad hade tänkt.

Preis ist für das Hotel deutlich zu hoch

Leider gab es noch nicht einmal im Zimmer die Möglichkeit einen Kaffee zu kochen. Also die Ausstattung im Zimmer war nicht toll. Im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels stimmt das Preis- Leistung Verhältnis leider nicht. Wir würden dieses Hotel nicht wieder buchen.

Ikke pengene værd

Flot udsigt, men desværre opvejer det ikke det helt utroligt lave serviceniveau. Især fra receptionen. Spaen var i stykker. Sengene var virkelig hårde og hovedpuderne helt uden støtte. Kom man senere ned til morgenmad end kl. 9.00 risikerer man at skulle sidde i lobbyen og spise, hvor der var virkelig koldt. Værelsets indretning var identitetsløs. Ingen kaffe eller the på værelset. Ingen strygejern. Ikke 4* værdigt.
