Disappointing
Amazing location with lots of beach space. The sea is breathaking. Rooms are spacious and clean with a nice balcony to enjoy the breeze and beautiful view.
The beaches are quite nice with plenty of bunks. However, beware of the fact that there are many annoying flies.
Availability and quality of food and drinks did not meet our expectations. We tried to buy a bottle of wine and it turned out there was only one kind available - nothing else to choose from. We were also, constantly getting sick from the food. We had to skip most meals to recover.
Regarding covid-19 compliance, the hotel lacked enfocement of mask use, hand washing and sanitizing. Staff from all areas (including the restaurant) either wore their masks under the chin or none at all. There is still much to be done in that regard.
Finally, there was rarely any hot water. Normally this wouldn't be a big issue in a beach resort, however, with temperatures ranging between 24°C - 14°C it would have come in handy. We reported the incident several times but it was unfortunately never fixed.
