The family room was pretty great for my family and I. The staff was super helpful. It was a great stay. The building itself is old and very nicely kept. What could've made it better was an a/c but we had a fan in the room, it doubles as white noise to sleep 😴 🙂

Not worth the stay

The place has no parking & there will be additional fee for it. $120 mx pesos. The rooms are small. Beds with concrete base. No ice on premises. No a/c. Towels and sheets are tearing apart. Good deal on hotels.com but you cannot upgrade snd and if you want to extend your stay you will have to check out ( leave the room with all your belongings) and wait for another room to be assigned. Good things: good location, luggage storage free of charge, elevator and bell service are nice.

Very good only one man on recepcion very rude and wanted to charge his extra for two hours Parking because we arrived early but everything else was good unfortunately there was another man on the Recepcion called Geraldo who was very good
