Big comfortable beds, delicious food, decent choice of drinks (although somewhat limited for all-inclusive). Friendly and helpful staff. We came as a couple and hadn't realised quite how many kids there would be but that's not the hotel's fault, it's our fault for coming on holiday in August (we came to see the total eclipse). There's a small but beautiful beach within 5 mins walk with some spectacular views but be aware it's mainly stones rather than sand. A couple of other bars nearby, but mainly all the other buildings in the area are residential.

We would certainly go back to this hotel again. Our room overlooking the pools was very nice & clean. The whole hotel had a relaxing atmosphere. All the staff were helpful and polite but a special mention for the Receptionist & the Restaurant manager who were very engaging.

Property itself is beautiful. The room was gorgeous! The dining at their restaurant was awful especially breakfast just awful worst food ever they didn’t even get espresso right! Really horrible food too bad absolutely gorgeous location and it could be amazing. Staff wasn’t very helpful I was hoping for an hour late checkout which most hotels accommodate but was told if I’m over half an hour I would be charged. They do have a late check up to 5 pm for fee of 15 euros which is great if you’d like to stay that late I just needed a few extra minutes communication was difficult for English speaking guests. Majority of guests were elderly or families with children who were very loud. Seems it caters to families, which is nice just didn’t expect that. I would return for the area and the room, but definitely would make plans to eat elsewhere.

La habitación y las instalaciones buenas, todo muy grande muy bonito y limpio. Pero en todos los hoteles que he ido en la habitación dejaban latitas de refrescos en la nevera y jarra termo con café e infusiones y un neceser con cepillo y pasta de dientes, aquí no había nada de eso.... El personal del restaurante muy desagradables, y groseros... El bufé pobre, muy poca variedad de comida, la comida muy baratita para ser de 4 estrellas... Eso sí, lo que había estaba muy rico.. Los de la recepción muy bien amables como deberían ser ya que están de cara al público...

El hotel en general es excelente, lo mejor que tiene es el personal de la cafetería y el restaurante son un encanto y unos profesionales 100%, el buffet muy completo muy rica la comida, las instalaciones muy bien algo mejorable el entretenimiento de la noche pero entiendo que no era temporada y es normal, por otro lado por sacar algún punto negativo, las chicas de la limpieza entran casi sin avisar así que como estés haciendo algo o saliendo de la ducha te cazan… en el restaurante la máquina del queso a mi me mancho entero porque estaba mal la máquina o tenía aire no se y me puso perdido y fui a recepción esperaba que me diera una mejor solución que la de tenemos servicio de lavandería de pago… los colchones habría que darles una vuelta y las cortinas tapa luz que tapan poco… la ubicación para coger la AP-7 de nuevo es complicado porque cruzas todo el pueblo, pero bueno detalles, pero quiero recalcar que nos han tratado muy bien estamos súper contentos con el hotel y lo más seguro que volvamos en un futuro. Es un lugar con muchas posibilidades y mucha tranquilidad

Relacion calidad precio excelente. Bufet desayuno y comida y cena muy bien. Personal muy amable y en general siempre con una sonrisa en la cara. Hubo un problema en una cañeria del baño y nos cambiaron de habitación despues de pedirnos disculpas varias veces. En el lado negativo el sabado llovio y habia filtraciones en muchos lugares de la zonas comunes. El dia de la salida a las 8:30 las camareras hicieron muchisimo ruido en la planta de habitaciones y entraron en la habitacion sin llamar pensando que no habia nadie.

Wurde auf Nachfrage aber prombt geändert Auf Nachfrage an der Bar, was im AI inkludiert ist, zeigte man mir die Getränke im Regal, obwohl alles in der Menü eindeutig gekennzeichnet war. Die Außenanlage war teils vermüllt, Stromkabel waren abisoliert sichtbar - aus meiner Sicht eine Gefahrenquelle für Kids

El restaurante cerró a las 22:00 y el personal de recepción nos dijo que no podíamos ir a ningún sitio a cenar, sí que fuimos a otro sitio. La comida del desayuno estaba bastante mala, había variedad pero la calidad dejaba mucho que desear. La Habitación olía fatal, el baño no está separado y la fontantería no debe ir bien porque olía a alcantarilla. Por la mañana llegamos a las 11, cosa que había avisado meses antes para pedir hacer el check in antes ya que íbamos por un evento para el que nos teníamos que arreglar y me lo confirmaron, al llegar nos dijeron que no. Nos tuvimos que cambiar en un baño por ahí y no nos dejaron ni dejar las maletas. Tuvimos que recoger las llaves de la habitación por la noche. Además, después del evento llegamos a las 10 de la noche y nos íbamos al día siguiente. Yo llamé con anterioridad cuando llamé para lo de la llegada para pedir salir un poco más tarde y me dijeron que sin problema. Al llegar me dijeron que como muy tarde podíamos irnos a las 10am. El hotel estaba vacío… La verdad que no me gustó nada.

La chambre n'etait pas adaptée PMR pourtant signalée lors de la reservation, Pas de barres d'appui dans la douche, pas de notice indiquant le tel du standard, pas de fiche don't disturb, pas d'infirmerie dans l'hotel, WC dereglé toutes les heures durant la nuit malgre l'intervention d'un plombier Personnel comprehensif

Bastante bien

El hotel tiene una ubicación perfecta si te gusta disfrutar de playas/calas tranquilas. Hemos venido en septiembre y no hay mucha gente, asique ideal si vienes en pareja. Servicio del hotel muy bien, tiene bastantes instalaciones para niños y adultos. El buffet es normalito, no esperes grandes lujos aunque la Cockteleria tengo que decir que está bastante bien para ser todo incluido, usan buen alcochol y lo elaboran uno a uno. La gente muy muy amable.

Wir sind zum 2. Mal in dem Hotel gewesen und wieder total begeistert! Schönes, gepflegtes Hotel mit toller Lage oberhalb des Meeres. Zuvorkommendes & hilfsbereites Personal, sehr leckeres Essen mit großer Auswahl in sehr guter Qualität.

Genial para unas vacaciones en familia

Es el octavo año que volvemos al hotel. Cada año mejor. La comida muy buena con zona de barbacoa. El pan recién horneado.... Cada noche temática distinta de comidas. El servicio de los camareros muy bueno
