The good - my plane was delayed 10 hours and there was a miscommunication but their van had been sent to pick me up even though I took a taxi. Rooms are clean and staff are generally friendly.
The not good - if you tell people breakfast starts at 6:30am make sure it is ready. I arrived at 6:30am and it wasn’t and they offered me some rice and a couple sausages.
The terrible - I asked them to arrange me a transfer from the hotel to El Nido. Price changed on the same day which I couldn’t be bothered arguing about as it was nominal. What isn’t ok is that they have an arrangement with a transport company that uses a filthy van with broken cup holder and vents and the air con doesn’t work. It only got worse from there. DO NOT book transport through the hotel as I think some of the staff might be on the take and think it’s acceptable to arrange sub standard transport for you.
