Excellent staff and a very warm welcome. This hotel has a wonderful family vacation atmosphere and the attached restaurant is outstanding. The pool area is also a nice touch. This Hotel has been revamp from the 7o's they have done a great job, the Loby and rooms all transformed as new. The staff were excellent. The Hotel is a bit disjointed but easy to find. close to railway station. The European restaurant was fantastic food. The bed was comfortable.

We had a great stay. The pool area was nice, but the sauna was really great. We used the massage service as well which was good. Breakfast was very confusing though, so beware if you book breakfast but not dinner you don't seem to get a table - the whole process was pretty confusing. But our room was comfy and nice.

Great place to stay with large, clean rooms. The pool was fun for the kids, but I wish it stayed open longer. They do offer a unique parking experience but be aware that only the small cars will fit in the garage. Overall, a great place to stay with many dining options within easy walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay at Das Kaltschmid. The staff were very helpful and enthusiastic. The Seefeld area is scenic with lots going on. The breakfast at the hotel was the best we have had in our European trip thus far. The choices were plentiful and the food was very tasty. They even had an egg bar, where you could order eggs or omelettes to your preference. The place had a lot of character.

Spectacular surroundings, unusual car lift to access car park. Some attractions (eg Stubai Glacier) access closed for ski season prep. Small supermarket close by. Confortable drinks lounge. No probs checking in or out.

Good and fast cleaning every day during our breakfast. Check in process was very slow since there was a huge form every one had to fill in which was very confusing since I already had given the hotel every information needed when I made the booking. The staff was nice and helpful but had a very hard time explaining to us where the resturants were located and which ones we were allowed to eat at. The resturant we finally ate at the first night wasnt very good. The schnitzel was clearly frozen and just heated. Sauces came in small plastic bags just like McDonalds. No AC in the rooms or in the gym which made it impossible to work out. The door to our room didnt close perfectly which made it slam every time somebody in our corridor opeped or closed theirs. Wifi was without password and had outdated certificates which a company phone like mine not accept it at all. Pool area was decent but quite a bit smaller then the images on the website. Images on hotels.com also made us believe there was a hotel garden which didnt exist. Parking was about 500 meters away.
