Beautiful historic building in a great location for sightseeing. Spacious room. Excellent service and friendly staff. Rooftop restaurant with breakfast buffet in addition to the menu and fantastic views of the zocalo. 24/7 hospitality lounge with coffee and sweets. 5 star service at its best
There really aren’t enough words to describe how fantastic this hotel is. The building is so beautiful - even more beautiful in person than the pictures suggest, if that’s possible. But what makes this hotel so special is the impeccable five star service. The staff here are nothing short of fantastic - it was, by far, some of the best service I have ever received, and I travel a lot. A special thank you to the wonderful Cynthia who looked after us from start to finish, but all the staff, from the breakfast servers to the doormen, were so amazing. The rooms are well designed and have everything you could possibly need. We are returning in a couple of weeks and I’m so glad we opted for the same hotel. I can’t wait.

The hotel es beautiful, but just because of the architecture. The service is good but there a lot of missing details to better serve the customers. This is not a 4 star hotel, but a low 3. Very noisy if you happen to pay for a suite with a view be aware of the noise at night, is difficult to fall asleep in such conditions. Be aware of the restaurant, is ok but not excellent, and please this is Mexico, a great place to eat delicious food, how come they don’t have a good chef in the house 🙄… In other words you will have to go out to have a great dinner and is not the safest of the places at night.
