Service was excellent, the room was nice and clean. There is some street noise (the tram passes right outside), so earplugs might be wise, but I didn't hear the other guests at all. There were two breakfast options, a vegetarian a la carte and a buffet style breakfast. I only tried the buffet, which was fine (no lines, plenty of space), but if you're eating plant based you might want to skip that as almost nothing at the buffet was plant based (no plant milks or yoghurts, no plant based spread for the breads etc).

Easily one of the best hotels we have stayed in. It’s the hospitality that makes this hotel what it is, the service is exceptional. Free drinks in the lobby, which they genuinely want you utilising. We even got a bottle of sparkling in our room as they knew it was our wedding anniversary. We paid to hire the sauna at the sister hotel which was well worth it and reasonably priced.
