We got room 109 first night which is very close to the street where trams run, noisy at night and my wife could not sleep. We requested a different room for the second night, the room we got (201) is still not ideal, I appreciate the effort hotel made, but we found out soon they did not tell us the whole story, the receptionist kept telling us the rooms were sold out but we found out which was not true, finally they have to give us a better room, I guess only because we caught their "untruthfullness". I also have a question for Hotels.com, one time one hotel told us they could not give us better room because we booked through Hotels.com which got very competitive/cheap rate. Is this true Mr. Hotels,com?
