The power (electricity) was out for several hours. At that time the room was very warm and uncomfortable. No hot water was available during the outage. Nobody communicated and no action( including a short notice or apology) was made. In the front of hotel was construction activities and very dusty and noisy. The sound of music and crowds in the hotel rooftop was too much. Overall the price was high. A good point about the hotel is the location.
