I encountered a few issues with the room, a shower leak that flooded the bathroom, insufficient lighting and a faulty fold-out bed in the suite lounge. However, the staff took excellent care of everything. They truly have an outstanding team. I dined in the top floor bar on my first night and most late evenings were spent in the ground floor bar, where the team was consistently fantastic and always willing to make things happen. The location is superb and unbeatable. Highly recommended.

I stayed this hotel twice. They should have better review rate. The area is very far from the beach. So It's not for anyone looks for resort holiday. Restaurants, cafes are plenty near by. I'd give them 9. Only one thing was bathroom door. It's very jard to open the shower room doot.

Great value for money

Me and my wife had a pleasant stay at New Farah hotel. We received a warm welcome by the staff and were given a large clean double room. The bathroom was clean and well maintained. The room was cleaned daily and towels were replaced. The breakfast was above expectation, we were served traditional morrocan breakfast with omelette, bread, pastries, tea, coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. The staff were lovely hosts. The hotel itself is situated in an ideal location. It's only a few minutes walk away from Masjid Muhammad and the local restaurants and cafés (Much cheaper than those located at the beach front). We were a 5 minute walk away from uniprix store which is the best spot for souvenirs at a decent price without the hassle of haggling. It took us about 15 minutes to reach the beach front. Overall, great experience and great value for money. We highly recommend staying at the hotel and we personally would stay again in the future.

This is my 6 times staying at New farah hotel, it is in the city centre plenty of good restaurants, the beach is 20 minutes walk, you can take Tax which cost you less 20 Dirham. Staff are amazing that’s the reason I keep gonog back there, Big thanks To SAEED.only one issue the doing road works around but it will finish soon.

I was here before but I found this hotel and the room this time disappointing, especially the bed. Too small with only a sheet. The blanquet was too heavy. WiFi was poor. Friendly and helpfull staff.

Les chambres sentent toute le tabac, La musique est forte et gênante jusqu’à bien plus que minuit, et j’ai vue des gamines dans des tenues inquiétantes ou je ne pensais même pas que de si petits vêtements habillaient alors que je sais ce qu’est un croc top ! De plus, à aucun moment il n’est stipulé que l’établissement détient un bar à chicha… cela créer tout de même un sacré décalage avec l’annonce booking… De plus, c’est très vieillissant et sale… les serviettes de bain, ça fait longtemps qu’elles ne sont plus blanches… L’eau de la piscine ne fait vraiment pas envie et à des reflets marrons sur le bleu qui n’existe plus !!! Sans compter que mon mari ne m’a pas rejoint en raison d’un imprévu et que l’on voulait me faire payer la taxe de séjour pour lui, c’est moi qui ai dû leur dire que je n’allais pas payer pour une personne absente même s’il s’agissait de 2 euros… Déjà le prix de la chambre était bien trop cher pour la prestation… Bien cordialement J’espère que mes commentaires vous aideront sincères à redresser la barre.

Det var godt til prisen. En smule slidt, men rent og pænt. Det var virkelig flinke og imødkommende personale. Der kunne fanges wifi i dele af lejligheden. Største minus var deres natklub som kunne høres på 3. Sal til kl 1 om natten.
