I did not stay at the property, still waiting on my money to appear back on my card. Front desk manager couldn't even find reservations to when I complain about authorization of $117 was taken off my card. Also a guest came back after checking in complaining of roaches being in the room. Roach motel is unsanitary

Did not enjoy it what so ever had the wrong room and when the ac started leaking they refused to give us another room nd sent the maintanence man to fix it which took over an hour

The room was so bad we were unable to stay in it. The tv did not work. The bathroom had some gunk on the floor. The carpet had some kind of powder all over and it stunk. When we got there the door was already open and all the windows were open. Never seen a room this nasty ever.

Not the best.

The hotel smelled like cigarettes all around, bums were sleeping next to cars outside, the hotel had water stains and cracks in everything around the room, no hot water just frigid cold, the mini fridge was rusted and old, the tv screen was messed up and skipping like radio does when your in a bad area, Wi-Fi didn’t work and no breakfast.

LITERALLY RUN AWAY!! It was Soo awful that after I looked at the room, I turned around and ask for a refund. There was NO WAY ON GOD’s EARTH THAT I WOULD STAY THERE! LITERALLY: Homeless and drug addicts all over the premise. Not that it matters- but the free breakfast was a complete lie. The woman at the counter was very nice though. After I asked for a return she said that she completely understood and me a refund with no issue.

Stay but be warned !

Checking in at the counter was simple, issues started when I was told I didn't know how to use a key card, that required the desk person to physically pop a cover off and use a master key to let me in. Happened every time I left the room. They do not have WIFI, well they have un-secured free to access by anybody (customer or not). No shampoo/bar soap (basics). Syrup or some type of sugar base sticky residue is on night stand, desk, and floor by the fridge. I knew the place was going to be sketchy but not to the point where it was worse than other places for the same price i've been to. By far the worse out of the 10+ hotels i've stayed at in the past month to two months.

Smoke detector was missing and wires were taped up No door number on door. Lock missing on outside of door. Wide air gap under door. Cheap flooring. No ice, said it was kinda not working. Only 5 vehicles at property. Other places near by were full. Never stay at America Inn again.
