Hotel are well located 12 minutes walking distance to San Marcos Square
Breakfast are poor , and people unprofessional
I ordered a river taxi 24 hours in advance and was told that half an hour before my departure would be sufficient to get to my destination, so that's what I did.
The next day, 12 minutes after the agreed time, the taxi still hadn't arrived.
The hotel staff blamed the taxi driver and we ended up leaving 15 minutes late. I called my bus driver to let him know and he waited for me for ten minutes.
