Location was great, near so many great restaurants, the beach, and not too far from airport. The staff was very lovely, kind, welcoming, and from our whole trip they have been the most attentive to all of our needs! I recommend getting the breakfast included as it was delicious, and again the staff were super welcoming every day.

Although Expedia mismanaged our room booking for the hotel. In essence despite numerous confirmations there was no room available for us at the Holiday Inn and the hotel had no evidence that Expedia had contact with them about our booking. Everyone at the Holiday Inn went above and beyond their duties to successfully accommodate us at the Inter Continental Hotel while the error in communication was sorted out. The next day we were effectively and efficiently transferred to the Holiday Inn for the rest of our stay. We were treated exceptionally well by all of the staff there and the level of service could not be improved on. A five star thank you to all members of staff at the Holiday Inn😁😁😁😁😁
