Easy location to find, decent amount of parking and in general it looks pretty decent. The room was very tired looking. Worn floor, cracked and badly repaired bathroom tiles & the only double socket in the room wasnt working. I found this out at 7am when i woke up and my phone and watch were nearly dead! Food was pretty decent but having to pre authorise for anything to my room when i checked in and then being asked to do the same on check out was a pain! And wasted my time.

I would have given it excellent as the hotel and room were lovely - clean, modern, spacious and comfortable, except we were kept awake all night with a constant banging and rattling from somewhere - room 408. The breakfast luckily we didn’t have to pay extra for was not great - it was cold, overcooked and half the dishes were empty - had to ask for juice and several items - for the look and design of the hotel which was lovely the breakfast really let it down - if we have had to pay extra we definitely would have complained !

Convenient location close to M1 (but not too close). Great car park (with several EV chargers) surrounded by trees. Huge reception with comfy sofas. Great check in by polite and efficient staff. Good size room with masculine decor. A little worn around the edges but very clean. The extremely firm bed suited us. We liked the views from the 4th floor (there were lifts). We used the hotel to break a long journey. The restaurant was slightly pricey, but our food was good. We didn’t stay for breakfast.
