Here’s a polished version you can use: If booking through Expedia, I’ve noticed that the assigned rooms tend to be located toward the back of the building. The rooms were still comfortable, but I would have preferred a location closer to the ocean side. I also found the front desk staff less accommodating than expected. During a previous stay, I requested an early check-in, but the request was declined despite the property appearing to have only about 30% occupancy at the time. One additional area for improvement is the dining experience. It was difficult to find healthy menu options, and a broader selection of lighter, healthier choices would be appreciated.

Here’s a polished version: The room was quiet and represented good value although the outdoor furniture was very dirty. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The staff were not particularly helpful or friendly, and several areas of the property, including the pool, are in need of maintenance and repair.The pool towel system is unnecessarily complicated, requiring guests to manage tags and exchange cards simply to obtain a towel. This process feels outdated and inconvenient.As a returning guest, I was also disappointed that there was no recognition of my loyalty or acknowledgement of my previous stays. A little appreciation for repeat guests would go a long way toward improving the overall experience. Property opened as a 5 star, now definitely a 4 star

First of all, the stunnign view made me speachless. Cannot believe every room has this kind ocean view. It was totally worth it. Second of all, the staff there was so kind. Every single person, especially those in the lounge and dining areas, made my hotel stay truly special. If I have another chance to visit Guam, I will definitely stay here again.

We first stayed at The Tsubaki Tower at the end of 2025. The check-in process was excellent. The room was very spacious and clean with a beautiful ocean view. The breakfast buffet was served after 7:00, 7:30 or 8:00, but everyone was very active and ate a lot of breakfast from the morning. For our last dinner of the year, we had an Italian course meal. Each course was very sophisticated and delicious. As a side note to the meal course, the pairing wine was so delicious I got drunk. We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and 5 days. It was a very valuable experience and it allowed our family to start the New Year off very happy. It was the perfect New Year's holiday trip. All I can say is it was fantastic. Finally, I would like to offer some criticism. The room was not cleaned on the second and third days. It seems that it was set as if we were not reserved for that room. That's the only thing I regret. Other than that, it was a fantastic experience for us.

Our stay at The Tsubaki Tower was lovely. The room was spacious, brand new, and luxurious, with a breathtaking view. The staff were friendly, polite, and welcoming throughout our stay. The infinity pool was relaxing, and the location is excellent—walking distance to shops and restaurants. The gym was usable but felt stuffy and warm, while La Cantina rooftop bar had good service and music, but the air-conditioning was extremely cold. Breakfast was the area most needing improvement—quality, presentation, and delivery did not reflect a high-end luxury hotel. Housekeeping was also inconvenient; our room was cleaned very late each day. We were out in the morning and back in the afternoon, yet the room was still messy, making it hard to rest or take a nap before dinner. Room rates during Christmas were nearly three times higher than usual, which felt excessive given some services still needed improvement. I was surprised by the policy on special celebrations. With luxury hotels like Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons, or Shangri-La, small complimentary gestures for birthdays or anniversaries—petals or cake—are usually offered. At Tsubaki Tower, even simple arrangements cost $50–$150 plus extra for cake, so I chose not to proceed. Despite these points, they were minor compared to our overall stay. It was still enjoyable, and The Tsubaki Tower remains a beautiful hotel with great potential.
