The hotel has great location! But everything inside is old and bathrooms are stained and dirty. Elevator is very slow. Garage is convenient but some areas too small. Very easy to scratch sides and bumpers.

Hotel is old, outdated, and dirty. There were clumps of hair attached to the comforter, towels were stained and smelled bad, even the coffee at breakfast had a funny taste. As if this wasn’t enough, they charged us a hundred dollars more at checkout because their “rates went up overnight.” Even after showing them the email confirmation with the correct rates, they couldn’t care less. This place is disgusting and run by crooks. Do not stay here.

Mixed feelings

I first came to this hotel back in 2005 when it was part of the Mercure Group, and I immediately fell in love with the building, the staff, and the rooms. The location is perfect – just a one-minute walk to bars, restaurants, and shops, making it incredibly convenient. However, since the hotel disassociated from Mercure in 2005 and became Triangulo Apart Hotel, things have drastically changed. Unfortunately, the furniture and equipment in the rooms are still the same as they were nearly two decades ago, and there has been no evident maintenance done since. The cleanliness of the hotel has become a serious issue. Mold can be found in the fridge, the bathroom, and even in the shower tray. The small window inside the shower looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years, making it quite unpleasant to use. The staff here gives mixed impressions. While some can be friendly and helpful, they are often absent and distant, making it feel as though they don't care much about guest satisfaction. The only positive aspect during my stay was the breakfast. The two ladies serving it were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making that part of the experience enjoyable. This isn't my first review of this place. Last year, I also mentioned that the room conditions were unacceptable, and unfortunately, nothing has changed since. My partner and I have decided that this will be our last stay here, as we will be opting for an Airbnb for our future visits.

Viagem com meu marido e minha bebê para passar o carnaval em Vitória. Infelizmente tivemos uma péssima experiência no hotel. Ao chegar no hotel nos deram a chave do primeiro quarto, que estava com a privada subindo água suja, entupido e com muito mal cheiro.. para piorar sentei com a bebê na cama para amamentar e a cama quebrou pé da cama soltou. Na reserva feita em novembro eu liguei no hotel para solicitar berço e foi informado que o hotel possuía. Um dia antes de chegar no hotel mandei WhatsApp falando do berço não me responderam nada, enviei na plataforma que fiz reserva hotéis.com também nenhum retorno.. ao chegar no hotel pedi o berço informaram que seria montado e colocado no quarto.. fui à praia com minha família chegamos no hotel a noite e nada do berço.. liguei na recepção a pessoa que atendeu falou que ia ver se tinha disponível e mandar no elevador…(descaso total) ela enviou através do elevador de serviço um berço todo quebrado para eu montar.. achei um absurdo! Fui reclamar de tudo que havia acontecido e me deram um chave de outro quarto.. já estava tarde peguei a chave e fui logo fazer a mudança de quarto porque já estava tarde precisava dar banho na bebê.. o novo quarto também tinha uma cama horrível colchão destruído, nem para doação seria possível dar.. resumindo dormi naquele quarto péssimo no dia seguinte fui até a recepção novamente mostrei os preços da minha filha todo picado provavelmente de ácaros e me foi fornecido a chave de um terceiro quarto..

O atendimento sempre de ótima qualidade. A equipe do café da manhã sempre muito receptivos e simpáticos. A estrutura do Apart é perfeita para quem não quer ficar refém dos restaurantes e entregas. Tivemos um vazamento no banheiro que perdurou toda a estadia mas com o suporte da equipe de arrumação dos quartos conseguíamos contornar a situação para que não gerasse um transtorno maior.

Quarto confortável, apesar do blackout da janela deixar passar a claridade. Café da manhã com bastante variedade. Entretanto, começa a servir às 7h da manhã e em alguns dias houve um atraso, estando completo somente às 7h15min. Quem faz passeio cedo, acaba não tomando café adequadamente.
