There area was great for getting around. Staff was friendly and our room was clean. Really my only complain was those beds! They were so hard. I went and bought a topper just so I could get some sleep. The pools were nice. We enjoyed that they didn’t close until 12am. The bonfires were a nice touch. We enjoyed having use of the free kayaks and the beach. Thank you for our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay here! It’s very relaxed, all the staff is so nice. We especially loved being able to borrow the kayaks for as long as we wanted. The private beach and all of the patio games are great! Will make this a yearly stop for us!

There was plenty to do for our kids who are 10. Close to everything in the Dells. Kayaks were free to use, fishing was good. There was a kiddie and a regular pool plus a indoor pool. Plenty of outdoor activities for all ages. We were upgraded to a Kitchenette that has a separate bedroom which was nice for the girls. Overall I thought the resort was fine for what we were there for. The rooms are outdated ask for a room with a humidifier so it's less humid and doesn't smell musty

I did not like it because we did not get room service any of the 3 days we stayed there. After we requested it twice. When we asked why we did not get room service they told us that the people that cleaned the rooms had left for the day. Also their pools were dirty. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone
