Decent hardware. Some staff clearly didn't care. Servers cloths was very dirty after breakfast (I normally ordered food after the breakfast was completed). The person who checked me in was very friendly and service minded. The pool are had a person who absolutely didn't care, the towels where floating around and they didnt seem to have any system for cleaning this. Would probably not stay at this location on my next visit.

The term ‘from your home to ours’ comes true at Izmir Marriott where the staff are very friendly and welcoming and service at its best. Denis the guest relations manageress was perfect with warm welcome and gracious smile and the servitude of making our stay welcome. Very difficult to please my husband as he loves perfection and he felt at ease and happy which means the place and people made its mark. Would definitely recommend a stay here and walking distance to the iconic clock tower . The waterfront makes a peaceful walk throughout the day. Certainly recommend and we will be back soon.

Always a Pleasure to Stay I first stayed here for business, as it was the hotel chosen by my company — but I’ve been coming back for my personal trips ever since. The staff are genuinely attentive and professional, the service is excellent, and the rooms are very comfortable. The location couldn’t be more central. Employees were all very friendly and happy to help, would prefer for the price if breakfast could be included. Not sure if I just got u lucky but my room wasn’t up to standard, drain was blocked (which they did come sort), wooden floor was lifting in the room and the shower head needs replacing. Stunning roof top pool.
