⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional stay – truly unforgettable hospitality
The staff at this hotel are literally the friendliest I have ever experienced. And that’s saying something after travelling to more than 100 cities around the world. I have honestly never seen hospitality like this before.
A very special thank you to Sadaf, who surprised us with a bottle of wine on our last night – such a thoughtful and personal touch that meant a lot to us. All the staff were incredibly warm, helpful, and genuinely caring, always doing their best to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. This level of service alone is a reason to come back, and we definitely will.
The location is outstanding – perfectly situated in the heart of Málaga, with everything in the city centre easily walkable and accessible.
We also dined at the Carmen restaurant. While it is a little pricier compared to other places in the city, the quality of the food and the service were absolutely top-notch, so it was well worth it.
One small tip: if you’re travelling by car, it’s better not to bring your own or a hire car. Despite being a 5-star hotel, there is no on-site parking due to its prime location. There is nearby parking, but availability can vary.
All in all, a truly 5-star experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to enjoy the beauty, energy, and charm of Málaga. 🌟
