We had a lovely welcome from a staff member called Adriana. It was nice after a long day of travelling. The room feels very traditional in comparison with the rest of the hotel which felt more modern but this was totally fine for us. The room was big and the bathroom too. Our meal at the restaurant was so good and breakfast was nice too. We were welcomed to use the facilities after check out and I wish we had stayed for lunch.

-Really good location, 10 min walk into the main square in Elche. -under 30 mins to the airport -20/25 mins to the beach. Hotel is beautiful, surrounded by palm trees and natural beauty. Rooms are spacious, but walls are thin, we could hear everything from the next room and corridor. Highlight is the food. Half board is fully recommend. High quality meals in a lovely restaurant. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Friendly staff,surrounded by beautiful parks with workout equipment where the elders seem to spend their morning. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are spacious with good room for makeup etc. And now the beds... i didnt wanna wake up inslept so good in em i didnt wanna leave 😁 its definitely a place one should go for a relaxing holiday in the city elche. The atmosphere and the gardens set the mood. Its romantic and beautiful.

Beautiful place nice garden and pool area.

Very nice comfortable rooms, only thing there is missing is a hot water boiler. Also make sure not to have a room facing the pool, it can be very noisy at night. Excellent breakfast with everything and more. Perfect dinner, we can highly recommend the 3 course menu. Love to come back.

The place is nice, room is clean and well kept, it is very big and has nice bath, bed and closet but is not the best value for money, the room was missing some basic ammenities (like coffee or tea), in the first night i had to move from the room to another room due to faulty driange and for towel to the swimming pool you need to put a deposit.

Every single staff member we had an interaction with went above and beyond to help. Room was very comfortable, clean . Overall it was a great stay except of the noise level from other doors in hotel and outside. AC is turned off during winter so opening the windows was the only option to stay comfortable in room and no screen in window so bugs could have come in :( .

Amazing hotel perfect for families and couples. Surrended by palms garden close to town center and airport. Very modern and always clean. All staff doing amazing job. Rooms are very up to date however no coffee tea amenities in the room which could be a bonus. Swimming pool good but on the smaller side. Hotel restaurant beautifull looks great at night also a liive music was on once and the band was very talented. Hotel parking extra 6 euro behind hotel. Overall great experience great place to stay and friendly staff.

I paid for a nice room shown in photos at time of booking, but upon arrival i was presented an old out of date well used room, nothing like the photos, Unfortunately our neighbour's were a screaming baby, and a couple who keep on shouting , so we request to move at 11pm The hotel were fantastic and moved us in less than 5 minutes to a deluxe room

On our journey from northern Spain to Almeria it was great stop off. Secure safe parking. A spacious room with a big bathroom, all immaculate. Staff cheerful and friendly with good English (sorry, I should have better Spanish). On site restaurant very good. the town itself, or the bits we found were quiet. Fantastic pool, safe with a lifeguard. Would recommend.
