I stayed at this hotel by chance. Actually booked in to stay at another hotel on the same street so I called ahead of time to inform them we would be checking in very late due to flight. Was told that check-ins after a specific time, you need to check in at Ulster (owned by same person). Not sure if this info was on the website, but if not, it should be.
Also they take a $100 bond which they will return the day you depart, upon inspection of your room while you wait. We did leave a couple items behind but they weren't returned to us, which I thought was odd because you can see the inspection person going in and coming out of the room & they only indicated to the reception that the room was clean enough to return our bond. I called the hotel a day later when i couldn't find my items and they told me yes they were left behind in the room.
Other than those points, the hotel room was clean, reception pple were lovely, both night staff and day staff.
