4/10 Fair

Customer service is good. Very polite and educated but we got a terrible experience here; we got bitten by bed bugs and express my concern and the lady at front desk mentioned , she was going to report it “. Nothing was done and they offer no cancellation or refunds. I have photos.

This hotel has very old outdated everything, the towels are old and raged, the rooms are noisy, I would not recommend this hotel at all, staff is curteous

8/10 Very good

No hot tub just a very warm pool. It was nice. Hotel has humidity issues throughout. Windows in room don't open, but they aren't sealed properly so you hear wind noise and traffic noise all the time. Rooms don't have hair dryers or irons ... But they have an ironing board. Weird. Have to leave your I'd at the front desk to get towels for the pool. I do not like leaving my ID with anyone. Room was decently clean. Curtains need replaced... They are pretty much sun rotted and falling apart.

I love the location, it was clean and really nice environment, close to the City and the airport, many options around to eat, close to San Mateo Atención and Metepec, San Mateo for shoes and leather items, and Metepec for clay items and souvenirs.
