Great facilities with the water park and pool. Amazing well kept gardens. Friendly staff.
The room we stayed in was a little worn. Screen doors didn't slide, few other small things looked a bit shabby/dated. But very clean room and well serviced. Room was not good for sleeping super bright lights from corridor, no curtains to darken room. Not amazing sound proofing either.
The resort facilities were great, good food.
Although it would be good to have resort attendants at the pool and waterpark to help keep children following rules. Parents not taking responsibility for their children and allowing unsafe play that impacts other families experiences. My daughter got hit in the face with a ball, and collided with children going the wrong way up the slide.
Would stay again though.
