Loved this location - easy to walk everywhere. The hotel was charming. We did not spend much time in our room which was a bit small and had a view of a narrow alley, but it was clean and the bed comfortable, overall a good value. We had room 601, a modern suite on the 3rd floor facing the Grand Canal, right next to the Rialto Bridge. Wonderfully spacious. Double pane windows cut down on the outside sounds. They had a very good buffet. The location is excellent, an easy walk to many sites to visit and restaurants and shops. This is one of the few rooms that doesn’t have the “traditional” heavy furnishings, If you like modern, choose this room.

Loved this little hotel - it’s definitely on the older side but they’ve done an excellent job maintaining it. The location is perfect - right in the middle of everything, very accessible to water taxis, and it was only about a 20 min walk from the main train station. The breakfast was pretty decent as well.
