I have met a very helpful nice front desk lady who helped me to arrange my trip to Meteora and Crete. She’s very kind and very patient. One of the best benefit is the location. It’s very easy to get around anywhere in Athens.

The check-in process was smooth and welcoming. The room was lovely and spacious, with a fantastic view and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. I appreciated the quality of the bedding and towels, which are impressive for this type of hotel. I’ve stayed here before, and it’s wonderful to see how the management has recently updated the lobby with a new bar and coffee shop, making it even more inviting.

8/10 Very good

Great location. Clean, comfortable room. Good breakfast included. Only criticism was it is very noisy in the room, you hear everything that happens outside the room. Especially with music blaring in the corridors it made it very difficult to sleep during the day.

Restaurant was good, there wasn’t any pool or amenities like that, but it was walking distance to a lot of things. We had a beautiful view to the fountain in the center Square. The staff was very helpful in getting us a tour.

10/10 Exceptional

The view from the fountain view balcony room was fantastic. Both a beautiful fountain and vibrant city life. The staff were friendly, kind, and delightful, especially the front desk, bar, and housekeeping staff. They staff from front desk showed me how to use the remote l, safe, curtains and lights accessed by room key in Europe. The location was wonderfully accessible to many places for walking and the subway station is just downstairs. Complimentary breakfast was robust, with varied fruits, ripe tomatoes, grape leaves, stars, eggs and pastries. Delicious!
