8/10 Very good

There are no hairdryers , iron/ironing board, coffee maker, fridge, or microwave in the rooms and there are minimal outlets. However, the room was spacious, basic and clean! This is a good hotel for those who are not spending a lot of time in their hotel rooms. The parking was good too. Even though it did not have some of those things listed, it was as decent hotel with good customer service.

2/10 Poor

Bad experience!

I booked this hotel for one night so we could stop over during our trip back home. When i noticed a mistake in my booking ( date ) i immediately contacted the hotel to change the date since we where already on our way to the hotel. Unfortunattely they where not able to help us and the only option they offered me was to do a completely new booking. Due to the lack of support we had to drive trough the night together with our 2 children. I understand it's a budget hotel but you would still expect some level of humanity and customer support.

Acceuil manque un peu de chaleur. Mais bon établissement avec bon petit dejeuner. Parking facile.

4/10 Fair

Chambre confortable, propre, personnel, serviable.
