This is a lovely hotel, the pool area is very nice and the rooms large - it’s worth upgrading. The staff are welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately the area it is in is not nice - the best way to describe this is Germans answer to Benidorm (I haven’t been to Benidorm hence the surprise!) The food is ok but not what we had expected and ended up in Parma every night for dinner. The hotel is not set up for allergies and didn’t know which meals were dairy free

I would highly recommend staying here. Hood facilities fir meeting with business associates. Staff, food and facilities were very good. Slightly disappointing was that they charge absolutely for any extension to the Sunday morning check out time of 11am (far too early!). We didn't arrive until after 2am on our first night so could have been a wee bit more flexible in my opinion. Shower facilities available though to freshn up before heading to airport. Resort is a German holiday resort but didnt bother us at all. Enjoyable stay.

Lovely hotel, lots of choice for breakfast, dinner was a theme every night which as a picky eater then limited what I could eat some nights as I don’t like Indian or sushi and for a 5 star hotel I think there could have been more selection. The kids club was basic but my daughter did enjoy it. The djs round the pool every day was a nice touch sun loungers are comfy to. The beds are hard not what I’m used to and the shower leaked but the rooms are lovely and well cleaned I would go back but maybe not go half board

Unfortunately, our stay was not as good as we had hoped. We experienced problems with damp and water leaking from the ceiling. The issue was fixed after we reported it, but unfortunately the leaking started again a few days later. The cleanliness could also have been better. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, and the food at the hotel was good. Overall, the hotel has potential, but the issues with damp, water leaks and cleanliness affected our experience.

I wish i was there for longer! the hotel was clean, the pool area was nice and quiet with comfy beds to relax on, the food was tasty and a good portion and the breakfast was amazing, the staff were very helpful and helped recommend places for dinner, the room was clean and cozy, although a little noisy since it was facing the road but i would stay here again if i were to come back.

The spa including the indoor pool & sauna needed to be pre-booked which was a little bit inconvenient. The hotel itself is beautiful and really big. A short walk away from the beach and far enough to drown our the noise from the main strip. Housekeeping could have been better, the room was refreshed minimally and wasn't a full housekeeping service, just a turndown service and towel change. We had the half board which was great but only few veg options and soft drinks were not included. Overall a lovely hotel and enjoyable stay- lovely designed hotel.

Not all rooms are built the same, was a bit annoyed that we got a room with a shower window that reveals everything in the bathroom from the bedroom.
