Lots of hidden fees they do not disclose! Card got hit 3 times, once for a 'deposit to hold the room for late check in' that was HALF of the total for the room for 2 nights other, another FULL AMOUNT for the 2 nights which was more than the receipt shows, and again for another deposit. 7-10 days for it to refund, and we were told this was normal of hotels! The shower head spit more water in back of it that actually coming out. And front desk was no help. A few days later they tried hitting my card 3 more times for something else. Don't stay here, they keep giving excuses for running your card for no reason and say its standard! Continuously running someones card even days after check out is not a good business strategy, its theft.
