I can’t complain about the service services was great the thing that was in bad condition was the bathroom the smell of humidity the sound of the toilet every time we flush after it had a sound like disinflating a balloon every 30 seconds for 2 minutes will last One more thing I like coffee I could not get a coffee if i don’t seat at a table and not for room service at night time only morning time. they don’t have a coffee station that will be great

Venden el hotel a través de las imágenes como un hotel bueno de calidad y cuando llegas el lobby está en construcción (parado, ya que nadie está trabajando en el). Solo un restaurante donde haces mucho tiempo en la fila para poder ingresar, adentro el aire es tan frío y directo para asegurar que salgas rápido de el. Las opciones de alimento nada variada, mi esposo salió con infección estomacal. Los baños super pequeños y con olor a caño constante. Las camas el primer día que llegamos tenían arena, dudo que cambiaran la colchas. Las almohadas insuficientes y super duras, no logras. Tener un buen descanso. De la alberca te sacan a las 7pm No recomiendo para nada hospedarte aquí si tu plan es pasar unas vacaciones de relax increíbles.

Ac was not cool no fans. Hot in room. Broken chair. Bathrooms was a mess water leaking out shower nonstop. Toilet whistled for minutes after flushing. Food was ok many options open bar. Except for top shelf. We had all inclusive. Security was a bunch of dick heads singling people out. For drink by the pool when others had the pool filled with open cups. Pool was nice easy access to ocean. Staff was accommodating when needed. Store for extra things if needed. Location was close to everything walking distance. For the amount of money spent it could have been a lot better. Also forgot they were remodeling and the drilling was right under my room.

Elegimos esta opción porque anteriormente ya habiamos ido y todo estaba muy bien, las habíataciones limpias, comida buena... pero ahora el hotel esta descuidado, la comida bajo muchísimo la calidad, la comida esta horrible es el recalentado del recalentado, poco higiénico las moscas nadaban en las salsas. El cuarto que nos toco, olia mal, olia a humedad muy insoportable el olor, en las albercas muy poca seguridad solo un dia de los 3 que estuve vi salvavidas.... me dejo una muy mala experiencia mucho que desear

El hotel necesita urgentemente mantenimiento; sus instalaciones se ven viejas y descuidadas. El personal, en general, es poco amable, como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor al atenderte. En la alberca hay un vigilante cuya actitud es sumamente incómoda: no permite disfrutar del espacio y constantemente está buscando cualquier pretexto para regañar a los huéspedes, aun cuando nadie estaba incumpliendo las reglas. El área de snack es bastante deficiente, al igual que la comida en general, que es muy regular. Lo único rescatable fue la atención del chico más joven del bar del lobby, quien se mostró siempre amable, atento y educado. Sin duda, lo más molesto de mi estancia fue el trato recibido en la alberca. Más que brindar seguridad o apoyo, el vigilante parecía estar buscando problemas para justificar su presencia.

Hay filas de hasta1 hora para poder ingresar al restaurante, los cuartos tienen mala calidad con el aire acondicionado, no funciona bien y mantenimiento trabaja muy lento, el personal de la recepción es un tanto grosero y los botones no son para nada acomedidos, hay pocos meseros en el restaurante y tardan demasiado en atender, las filas en los bares son muy lentas, esperas hasta media hora para una bebida, la comida es muy buena pero tiene poca variedad de alimentos, el horario de la alberca es muy corto,el hotel deja mucho que desear, ademas de tener precios elevados

El todo incluido deja mucho que desear, la calidad de los alimentos es regular, pero la de las bebidas es muy mala, puros jarabes con alto contenido de azúcar, saben a químico. Refrescos de 2-3 litros sin gas, enormes filas para poder pedir una bebida, también filas en el restaurante, no hay Snaks para la alberca, en el área de Snaks solo se pueden consumir ahí los alimentos. La cena en el restaurante a la carta tiene muy pocos lugares y para hacer la reserva hay mucha fila, tardaron casi una hora en servir el primer tiempo y más de media hora para el segundo tiempo. A pesar de que al ingresar mencionan que no se pueden apartar camastros la gente desde muy temprano coloca cosas para apartarlos y son pocos lugares para el tamaño del hotel. Lo rescatable es que todo el personal es muy amable. Las habitaciones y las camas cómodas.

Mi experiencia en este hotel no fue la mejor. El lugar se nota bastante viejo y descuidado, lo cual contrasta mucho con lo que se muestra en las fotos. Las habitaciones son muy costosas para lo que realmente ofrecen; no justifican en absoluto el precio. Además, el personal no fue tan amable ni servicial como esperaba, lo que hizo que la estancia fuera aún menos agradable. Lamentablemente, no es un lugar al que regresaría ni recomendaría.
