Absolutely fantastic stay. The staff were so helpful and friendly and really attentive. The rooms were lovely, clean and a great size. The spa facilities, although in slight need of a refresh (as in a few tiles were missing), were an absolute highlight and actually larger than we were expecting. The hotel was also in a great location about 10-15 minute walk into town. Would definitely recommend the hotel and would love to stay again.

This is an iconic and truly lovely venue which we’ve been using for 20plus years. Its new parking regime is complicated, the app is frustrating and it genuinely distracts from a lovely place to relax and unwind. Have to constantly top up the stay. Which is a pain but when there is so little phone coverage is positively annoying. Shame, as it’s really put us off and changed our thoughts on using it for work and leisure going forward. Staff are utterly lovely, professional and friendly.

A lovely hotel in a beautiful setting, the spa and pools were great to use after sightseeing. Bath town is only about a 15/20 minute walk with lots to see. If we come back to Bath we would definitely stay here again. We only had one bar meal whilst staying but that was very nice too .

Loved every moment and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful setting within the grounds, and well maintained hotel. The staff were extremely helpful, polite and professional. I needed a few more Vegetarian options...not Vegan...on the menu, however, I was able to find something. Nevertheless, I would go back to this lovely hotel, with a short drive into the City Centre.

Absolutely great hotel. Highly recommend. Lovely gardens and peaceful setting. Close to town - a nice 15-20 min walk through the park straight into the centre of town. Room was big, clean and beds really comfy with soft feather pillows. Dog friendly too! The spa area was excellent. Steam tools, saunas and an ice room. The best part was the outdoor thermal pool. Definitely would return.

The staff really made this stay special… particularly the restaurant staff. We arrived and had no trouble parking - I think if busier it could be an issue. The check in was smooth and the receptionist were really helpful. The room was lovely - the hotel and the grounds are stunning. Food was exceptional as was the service. Will definitely look to stay again!
