8/10 Very good

Helpful front desk but our room wasn't made up for the 4 of us. Had to ask to get the sofa made up into a bed and lacking cups and tea/coffee etc for 2 people never mind 4. Also no robes or slippers as advertised for our room and only 2 towels. Front desk staff were very apologetic and personally brought us some. Bar was good, breakfast was nice and handy for the airport.

Checking in and out was very quick. Room was good but the carpet could have been cleaner. The bathroom could have been cleaner as well.

We stayed for 4 nights in September. The hotel was very clean and the staff very helpful. Parking was plentiful though it's important to register the car rego to avoid fines. The hotel is conveniently situated with a 5 minute walk to a shopping centre with a M&S and a Morrisons for groceries and a variety of other shops. Across from the shopping centre is the Gyle tram stop with a 20 minute ride right into Princes Street. The room was very spacious and comfortable though the air con was rather loud.

8/10 Very good

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, it was just bit of a surprise I had to pay an extra 24 pound on arrival, it would have been better if had received previous warning of this. The hotel is in a good position close to train and tram stops and a shopping centre.

Needs to be refurbished, rooms look a bit tatty and weren’t dusted in a few places. Beds were comfortable and location was good and quiet. Would have expected more for the price paid

6/10 Good

I had to give the hotel a poor review due solely to the atrocious housekeeping service. There for six nights, only did the room once and even when asking at the front desk not done, no towels, coffee, clean cups and glasses, etc. Everything else was fine, location good close to the airport and concert venue, nice bar, staff good.

As a large corporate hotel I didn't have high expectations but boy was I wrong. Clean, super clean with cleaning ongoing all the time. Clean and fresh decor and perfect carpets. Staff all super friendly and helpful and the food, dinner and breakfast was above good. Could easily stay here anytime

6/10 Good

So... all the staff at this hotel are wonderful, helpful and kind. The breakfast in the morning is good, and we ate supper twice at the hotel restaurant and it was great. The actual hotel room however...not great. Standard room was incredibly small, with a small window, loose tap, leaking bathtub, thin duvet, odd sheets, and I had to plug the TV and lamps in? Location for airport is good, but a bit far out for popping into town. Nearby Morrison's and mall is helpful.
