I'm in the travel industry and stay at a lot of hotels; this was one of the worst! Under construction at time of my visit, so give them that. But would have been better if they had just closed. The odor in rooms was unbearable. I asked for help but their solution was to come in and spray the carpets. they did check other rooms but those also carried strong odor. I asked employee to leave the spray bottle so that I could re-spray, but she said they didn't have any more, so would have to check if she could leave what they had. She never came back. I eventually had to go out and purchase spray. No hot water on day 1; improved day 2. TV didn't work. They came in and changed some wires around which provided solution for about two hours. At that point I didn't have the strength to try anymore. Mold (or similar) on bathroom walls; linen and towels, and curtains, yuck. Maybe they plan on changing during the construction. On check in I was unsure of the plans for next day so asked about late check out, was told she wasn't sure but she would find out. Never got back to me. This was an overall poor experience for me! Other people in my group reported similar experience.
